The Queensland Council of Unions proudly supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and remains committed to walking a pathway to treaty with them.

The QCU maintains its support for the Voice, Treaty and Truth in Queensland.

Comments from Queensland Police Union President Ian Leavers in today's media do not represent the position of the Queensland Council of Unions.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people deserve support and respect.
